## Where it started

Specifying a frameless shower means getting the sizes, the glass and the hardware right. Customers found that hard to do without help.

## What we built

- The frameless-showers.co.uk website: With Glass Tailors handling fulfilment.
- A shower designer with an instant quote: Behind it sits a rules engine that handles hinge cut-outs, seal deductions and the clearances each hardware item needs, so the customer specs the shower and the design follows the rules.
- Google Ads, and a blog and SEO content programme running on automation

Since July 2026, Kaizen runs the Google Ads and SEO content and has updated the designer and site.

## Result

£160,000 in quotes since the spring 2026 launch. A quote only counts when the customer has specced a shower and left their details. That’s quote value, not sales.

## What it meant

Most customers never pick up the phone first. They design the shower, see the price, and send it through themselves. (as Prad tells it)
