## Where it started

There was nothing to build on: no existing systems, no legacy software. Just the idea.

## What we’ve built

- An agent CRM and lead management
- Marketing automation
- The website, listing and valuation tools

Next: AI voice and chat agents to handle enquiries.

## Result

It’s too early for numbers, so there aren’t any here.

## What it meant

Leigh works as an agent on the platform herself, so she uses the tools we built. (as Prad tells it)
